HACSB offers consulting and outreach to local non-profits serving special needs populations with housing issues as well as to developers interested in building affordable housing. HACSB has issued millions of dollars in 501(c )(3) bonds and notes for the development of rental housing to be owned and operated by local not for profits serving low income, special needs populations.
