In order to receive assistance under any program operated by the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Barbara, an applicant must meet the following program income limits:

HACSB Program Income Limits - FFY 2012 (Effective 12-13-2011)

At Least 75% of new admissions annually must be at or below 30% of the Area Median Income (AMI).

For 2012: Median Family Income (Family of Four) = $73,300
