Opening Doors
To Housing in Santa Barbara

We are excited that through this program, we can serve a wider range of working people, including individuals, single parents, couples, and seniors, who are low to middle income and need to pay a more affordable rent

Robert Pearson

The Housing Authority’s innovative Rental Solutions Program is designed to assist members of our workforce and of our community, who earn up to 80% of the Area Median Income for Santa Barbara. The program serves those who are increasingly caught in the gap between skyrocketing rents and ineligibility for other assistance.
