The Housing Authority offers a range of resources for its residents to help shape the community where they live, to gain additional job skills, and to continue living, healthy independent lives.
Resident Council
Monthly meetings are held to discuss issues within the Housing Authority community and surrounding areas and build a stronger sense of community through interaction. The Council addresses issues such as public transportation and youth programs. The Council is a way to ensure that public housing residents have a voice.
Training Programs
Designed to give residents and low income persons within the community the opportunity to gain additional skills and experience in order to help them enter or re-enter the work-force - and achieve personal development and financial goals.

ROSS (Resident Opportunities for Self-Sufficiency)
A program designed to ensure our residents (seniors and disabled persons) receive case management and local services available to continue successful independent living.
ROSS provides one-on-one assessments to determine and refer appropriate services.
