VI.&= nbsp; Report of Executive Director

1.&n= bsp; Recommendation that the Commission authorize the Executive Director or his designee to: (1) Execute a contract in the amount = of $156,125 with Rounds Construction for rerouting of domestic plumbing in fif= teen buildings at 418 Santa Fe Place (SHIFCO); and (2) Approve up to $23,418 (15% of base cont= ract amount) in additional expenses to cover any cost increases resulting from change orders for work not anticipated or covered by the contract

2.&n= bsp; Recommendation that the Commission authorize two Staff members and an appropriate number of Commissioners to attend the NAHRO 2008 National Legislative Conference in Washington, D.C. this coming March—3/30/08 to 4/2/08 <= /span>

VII.= Treasurer’s Report

1.&n= bsp; Recommendation that the Commission adopt the Resolution setting forth costs incurred and payments made for the period ending December 2007

2.&n= bsp; Recommendation that the Commission approve the Housing Authority’s planned submittal= of the Calculation of Operating Subsidy for the HUD Assisted Public Housing program for fiscal year 2008 (HUD forms 52723 and 52722) and authorize the Executive Director to submit said forms to HUD
