1.&n= bsp; Recommendat= ion that the Commission authorize the Executive Director to approve reimburseme= nts to employees and independent contractors for uncompensated losses (not to exceed $1,000 per occurrence) due to vandalism and theft of personal proper= ty while acting on behalf of the Housing Authority

2.&n= bsp; Recommendat= ion that the Commission select a name for the Housing Authority’s proposed development at 420-424 E. = Cota St. currently referred to as the Haagen property

3.&n= bsp; Recommendat= ion that the Commission approve a two-year contract extension with Price, Postel & Parma LLP for legal services for the period of 4/1/2008 to 3/31/2010

4.&n= bsp; Recommendat= ion that the Commission receive a report on the Housing Authority’s recei= pt of unit membership in the Boys and Girls Club of Santa Barbara, Inc. for the Authority’s Paseo Voluntario Learning Center and acknowle= dge the grant award that comes with unit membership
